I have over 30 years of combined experience with carpentry, farming, inspecting class 8 trailers, and Quality Assurance — all of which have given me the experience to spot potential problems that others may miss, while being able to differentiate between minor and major problems with the home.

I've been trained by some of the best inspectors in the country, and carry the AHIT certification. AHIT is the largest home inspection training institute in North America, and is approved by ASHI, NACHI, and other professional organizations. Bill did an excellent job inspecting a 3300 sq ft home in just a few hours. He found things about this home that I probably would not have noticed for many months. I had a feeling that he would do a great job based simply on how well our first phone call went. He was friendly and explained the whole process to me in detail. While we were on site, he spent about 45 minutes showing us his findings and explaining the life expectancy of each aspect of the house. He also sent us a thorough report with pictures and clickable links within 24 hours of the inspection.

My Fiancé and I are in the process of buying our first house and our agent suggested we call Bill at The Way Professional Services. When we first called to schedule our appointment with him, he explained exactly what he was going to do. Immediately after getting off the phone with him, we knew we had to go with Bill. Bill did both my home inspections on two properties I was looking to purchase. We could not have been more fortunate than to have gotten Bill as our home inspector. Bill was incredibly diligent, patient, and ethical throughout every stage of the process. We heard nightmare stories from friends in the area about other inspectors who were not thorough in their work or patient with their questions. This has been the complete opposite of our experience with Bill. Far from the expected 2hrs offered by other inspectors, Bill spent almost 4-5 hours inspecting the prospective property with a fine tooth comb. He found issues few others would have looked for and never cut a corner anywhere. Home-buying can be a scary process, but Bill made every effort to guide the inspection process and help the buyer. We cannot recommend Bill highly enough.
