Bill did an excellent job inspecting a 3300 sq ft home in just a few hours. He found things about this home that I probably would not have noticed for many months. I had a feeling that he would do a great job based simply on how well our first phone call went. He was friendly and explained the whole process to me in detail. While we were on site, he spent about 45 minutes showing us his findings and explaining the life expectancy of each aspect of the house. He also sent us a thorough report with pictures and clickable links within 24 hours of the inspection.

We could not have been more fortunate than to have gotten Bill as our home inspector. Bill was incredibly diligent, patient, and ethical throughout every stage of the process. We heard nightmare stories from friends in the area about other inspectors who were not thorough in their work or patient with their questions. This has been the complete opposite of our experience with Bill. Far from the expected 2hrs offered by other inspectors, Bill spent almost 4-5 hours inspecting the prospective property with a fine tooth comb.
