Bill is a very professional and thorough home inspector and generally just a great guy. He responded to my original request within 24 hours as promised and scheduled my inspection quickly. The inspection covered every area of the home. The report was very thorough and was delivered within 24 hours after the inspection was completed. Bill re-inspected 2 repairs that were made to make sure they were done correctly. His price was very reasonable and worth every penny. I would recommend Bill to anyone purchasing a home.

We could not have been more fortunate than to have gotten Bill as our home inspector. Bill was incredibly diligent, patient, and ethical throughout every stage of the process. We heard nightmare stories from friends in the area about other inspectors who were not thorough in their work or patient with their questions. This has been the complete opposite of our experience with Bill. Far from the expected 2hrs offered by other inspectors, Bill spent almost 4-5 hours inspecting the prospective property with a fine tooth comb.
