We could not have been more fortunate than to have gotten Bill as our home inspector. Bill was incredibly diligent, patient, and ethical throughout every stage of the process. We heard nightmare stories from friends in the area about other inspectors who were not thorough in their work or patient with their questions. This has been the complete opposite of our experience with Bill. Far from the expected 2hrs offered by other inspectors, Bill spent almost 4-5 hours inspecting the prospective property with a fine tooth comb. He found issues few others would have looked for and never cut a corner anywhere. Home-buying can be a scary process, but Bill made every effort to guide the inspection process and help the buyer. We cannot recommend Bill highly enough.

Very thorough inspection and he went above and beyond to help afterwards. He coordinated efforts by contacting businesses, scheduling appointments and providing regular follow up communication to help with a failing septic system.
